The TikInsta website design, code, graphics, and brand identity are the property of TikInsta and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Third-Party Platforms

TikInsta is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok, Instagram (Meta), Facebook (Meta), Pinterest, or SoundCloud. All respective trademarks and brand names belong to their owners.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party platforms. These platforms may update their systems at any time, which may affect the functionality of TikInsta without prior notice.
